*Return Policy *
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We will gladly issue a Refund or Store Credit for items returned within 30 days of the date you received the order.
All sales are final on the following items: Panties (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties or items that cover the crotch ) Thongs, Mens Boxers & Thongs, Hosiery, Pasties, Nubra, Wigs and Wig accessories (NO EXCEPTIONS). All Item From Clearance Item Sales are FINAL.
Please Inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package, we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone, email or live chat is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all item are deemed correct & received. * Please Return Merchandise Promptly. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned Items that are Not Returnable will be REFUSED back to you.All Shoe Returns Must include the original shoe box.
For Store Credit Returns, An Email Notification Will be emailed to you once it’s processed and issued.
For your order are fully returned back to us, any of the free promotional item are not return with the order, Lingerie Candy will implement be the following charge: Free Gift $2. Free Panty $5, Free Lingerie $10.
We do not offer even exchange, Please Simply place an new order on the website for the new item/s, and send the original item/s back for a refund or store credit, all items will go through same return process procedure and inspections.

*Qualified Costumes, Christmas Items Purchased Must Be Post Marked Within 10 Days Of The Date You Received The Order. Qualified Merchandise Can Be Returned For Store Credit Only. The Item Must Be In Their Original Unworn, Unused Condition With It’s Original Packaging And Tags.

*Due to time constraints for Halloween and Holiday’s order volume, returned item can take up to 7-10 business days to process.Your Store Credit will not be available until your return is processed.
You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
If you attempt to return a costume, which is non-returnable, or with signs of used, the costume will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
